CBS Renewed Shows: ‘FBI’ for Season 5 – 2022 List

CBS put the “aye!” in FBIrenewing the mothership crime drama as well as its two ramifications – and for not one but of them more seasons each.

That means FBI will be back for season 5 and 6, Most Wanted caught a season 4 and 5, and the International flavor is packing up for seasons 2 and 3.

FBI this season averages 10.4 million total weekly viewers and a demo rating of 1.0 (with DVR Live+7 playback taken into account), ranking second and #1 among all the many dramas that CBS aired this television season.

FBI: Most Wanted meanwhile, it averages 8.9 million total viewers and a 0.9 rating, down a hair from last season and ranks No. 5 and No. 2 (tie) among all CBS dramas.

Lately, FBI: internationalThe freshman run of is averaging 8.3 million total viewers, which almost matches Ghosts and NCIS: Hawaii as the most-watched new series of this TV season — and a 0.8 rating (where it ranks third among all CBS drama series).

“FBI is one of the most successful brands in the entire television landscape and a powerful cornerstone of our No. 1 lineup,” CBS Entertainment President Kelly Kahl said in a statement. “They’ve garnered a loyal and dedicated fan base, thanks to executive producer Dick Wolf’s extraordinary vision and the talents of the three outstanding cast and creative teams. I know we and our viewers are looking forward to two more seasons of stories. captivating and heroic.

“Everyone who works on these three shows is thrilled with the multi-year mics,” said Dick Wolf himself. “We are all extremely grateful to CBS and our partners at Universal Television and CBS Studios. And I personally want to thank the incredible actors, talented writers and dedicated producers, not to mention the three crews who never failed an air date despite difficulties in producing full seasons during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The FBI” (as the CBS promotion guy calls them) will air their respective season finales on Tuesday, May 24.

Meanwhile, CBS’ five scripted series are still awaiting official decisions. are (in order of audience) Magnum IP (which aired its finale on May 6), United States of Al (final broadcast on May 19), B Positive (final broadcast on March 10), How do we ride (final aired May 19) and Good Sam (final aired March 4). CBS will hold its Upfront presentation/unveil its 2022-23 TV schedule on Wednesday, May 19.
